Thanks So Much

I made this card for this weeks Sketch Challenge on SCS. I really enjoyed the asymmetrical design of this sketch. I did not start out to make a CAS card, but after all the elements were on my panel, it did not seem to need much more. Thanks For taking a peek!

Birthday Wishes

I made this card for my Mom's birthday, she will be 84 in a few days. She has been having a tough time these days, she just had a knee replacement and now she broke her collar bone. We are keeping our fingers crossed that she will make a half way decent recovery.
This card also fits the WIT1 challenge. Tracy is one of my DT buddies and is running a fun challenge with prizes on her blog, pop on over if you get a chance!

To make this card I use The Paper Company pink parchment paper and PTI vintage cream. the layers were cut using the SU top note die and Spellbinders Nesties. The flowers are from Martha Stewart, and the ribbon is Hanna Pink Silk.
Thanks for taking a peek!

Celebrate with Pearls

I made this card for the Inspiration Challenge on SCS. The challenge site was French Bull. I had a really hard time coming up with piece that inspired me so I had to go with just the circle theme. The pearls on this card are Mark Richards Pearl Clusters. The rest of the card is pretty simple, Martha Stewart Border Punch and Circle Punches. Sorry for the terrible picture, no matter how hard I tried I could not get a good one!

Celebrate

.I made this card for today's Featured Stamper Challenge at SCS. JulieHRR was the featured stamper today, Wow I love her gallery! I decided to case this card. Someone please tell me why it took me three hours to put nine circles on a card! The circles are Martha Stewart Kitchen Basic stickers. I love these colors together! Thanks for taking a peek!

Embrace The Crooked Card

Don't you just hate it when you spend all day making a card and it does not turn out! This card is a perfect example of why my blog is called Crooked Card Creations. I thought I was putting the layers on straight! I guess my head was tilted when I was putting together this card. Now I will have to give this card to my Mother. My mom is 83, she is in great shape and still has all her wits, whenever I give her a card she takes it apart and puts the main image in a frame. I don't know why she does this, she also hoard tin foil so go figure!! So she usually gets any card that is crooked, because I know she will take it apart. Thanks for looking and just tilt your head and everything will look straight!

Supplies: SU Embrace Life and Canvas, Liquid Pearls Petal Pink, Shimerz Opal, Martha Stewart Fern Punch, Paper Leaves, Pink Pearls that Don't look pink in the picture, Pink Crystal EP, Nesties, Offrey Ribbon,
